Virtual Run

  1. PPKS 25th Anniversary Charity (VIRTUAL RUN) is organized by by PPKS (“the organizer”) and it is open to everyone who has a valid address in Malaysia.

  2. Registration starts on 13th May 2019 – 20th June 2019.
    a. Participants may start run on the 14th June 2019 – 13th July 2019
    b. Results Submission from 14th June 2019 – 13th July 2019

  3. Entries are non-transferable.

  4. Virtual Run participant will ONLY receive a finisher medal. All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subject to change without notice.

  5. Submission of results must be submitted from 14th June 2019 until 13th July 2019.

  6. Proof may be in the form of phone screenshots of your preferred running apps or photo of your wearable devices or treadmill screenshot that clearly shows the record.

  7. Once participant’s registration is done, there will be NO refund even if participants are not able to participate due to whatever reason.

  8. Participants must be certified fit to participate in this event. The organizer (PPKS) shall not be liable for any accident, injuries or mishaps that happen in participating the event.

  9. All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia.

  10. Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about the Participants. The Organizer may contact the Participants time by e-mail or text message. Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organizer shall consider as received by the Participants. If the Participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, or the Organizer has rights to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the Organizer may suspend or terminate the Participants’ registration and fees will not be refund.

  11. Finisher medal will be delivered to participants starting from 14th JULY 2019 via courier on a weekly basis after we have received the online proof of race completion. (Please expect some delays for Public Holidays or weekends)

  12. Delivery of entitlements will be made directly to registered mailing address which is provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver will be borne by the participant.

  13. If there is a returned of parcel during deliver of the rewards due to whatever reason. Upon request, we will arrange to resend the reward but the delivery charges will be borned by participants.

  14. Any address changes after registration will incurred additional charges.

  15. The organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

  16. Participants may submit their running results at: charity_run@ppks.edu.my

WAIVER CLAUSE: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, my heirs, successors and assigns, do hereby unconditionally waive and release the Organizer, this run event sponsors and all person and agencies connected with it from all claims and damages whatsoever, that may arise from my participation in this event, including without limitation, personal injury.
